Len Thompson spoons; only tackle you really need

Fanny packs for hunting, man I love those. Really takes the load of your shoulders for day hunts.

Can't believe no one mentioned duct tape, especially the black fabric type.

Touques with a brim. Local gas stn sells them. Ugly as all get out, but everyone who sees me in it laughs, then after some thought asks where they can get one.

I would have to second the mention of Leatherman products and Len Thompson lures.

A product that has not been mentioned yet that I swear by is SLiP2000 Carbon Killer. I would say that it works better than advertised, and those of you who use a lot of cleaning products know how rare that is. I mostly use it on my revolvers and black powder rifles, and it just works. They claim it is "green" and enviro friendly, but I would use it if I had to wear rubber gloves and work outdoors.

Good call on the Smartwool socks. A few more for my list.

Berkely Trilene XT, the perfect fishing line. The Gerber Freeman knife, about as perfect of a knife as I could hope for. The plain old round jig head. It can catch any fish, anywhere. Quality binoculars, life is too short not to own a pair.

Or three pairs just in case.

Smart wool socks are amazing. I like my Thorlos aswell. As far as electrical tape goes, find someone who works for Bell. "Bell Tape" (really just good quality 1" electrical tape) KICKS ASS

slip ties, nylon rope, 550 cord, machetes, wool sweaters in cold damp hunting, good boots, shooting bags, spotting scopes, many others that have been said + the best thing in a hunting camp are good buddys & dogs.

Goodyear Wrangler truck tires.
I just got rid of the BF Goodrich Rugged trails that came with my 2009 Toyota Tacoma that made the truck damn near unsafe to drive after only 41,000 km. Terrible tire for a so called Off-Road truck.

Lee Collet, dies no lube or case trimming and they make great ammo.

Those elastic shell holders that go on the butt stock. They are only good for a year or 2 but cheap enough to replace as necessary.

Lansky Sharpener, you just can't go wrong.

Mud Bug tires on my Quad, tried something else this year and will go back to Buggs!

Little LED Flashlight of unknown manufacture attached to the zipper of my coveralls has got me through quite a few nights of work.
