After tring various powders and bullets for my Tikka T3 Tacticals in .308 an 300 Win Mag , I shot my best groups from both today , 3 rounds shot from 308 at 130 yards CTC measured 0.380 , 3rounds shot at 135 yards from 300 Win Mag with 178g AMAX measured 0.424'' . What do these translate to in MOA ?

They translate into some good shooting, nicely done. And both Tikka's.

1 MOA at 100yds = 1.047"
1 MOA at 135yds - 1.047" x 1.35 = 1.41345"

0.424/1.41345 = 0.299MOA

Powder is IMR 4831 , I have excellent results in the 300 aswell as 7mm Mag using this powder
