I placed 3 orders in 4 weeks.
1st was just some accessories for other firearms.

The next two were for my 1st AR build. I got excellent advice regarding what I was trying to achieve (PRS style) and no pressure or upselling to boutique parts.

Communication (via email) was with Colin, Stanley and Ryan at different times, but all were on exactly the same page, as if they were one person . No lost in translation scenes.

Delivery and mailing was excellent, next day for me.

Very happy with the process True North. I will definitely be back and talking to all my friends as well.

Got my muzzle brake from them, ordered at night , shipped the next day , in my hands the moring after. With a little thank you note and tna coaster.
 
I love them, I’ve had done over 15 orders with them in the last couple of years and they have always been extremely pleasant to deal with. Recently they emailed me out of the blue about some parts coming in, which they didn’t stock before and I had asked them to look into getting some about 6 months ago.

Just placed my first order. Called in to just to find out I have to get some extra parts and during ordering figured out that I ordered wrong item. They put my order on hold right away to give me some time to figure out what I want to order. Called back after making decisions and got offered to have extra parts for free but I paid for them all ready. I think it is real customers service and unfortunately a lot of business do not have it this days. Thanks you TNA

Also very happy. I have another order coming across the country now. They are one of my go 2's.
 
I feel late chiming in, but I also have had 3/3 A+ experiences with them.

First order was a 10.5" CNA upper, w/bcg & CH .

After building my own Aero lower, and using mostly TNA "house" parts, I can confidently say that it competes well with a $2500 Black rain AR.

I have never experienced customer service from any business , as I have from TNA . These guys are straight shooters, and people you want in your life.

Last order IIRC was 2 or 4 LAR15 mags, and some stickers. These guys have never faultered, and are 100% legit.

I hope that I shall one day meet the TNA crew!
