Great service from Hornady

I am pretty new to reloading and I have contacted Hornady twice to get parts for one of my dies .
The first time I bent a decapping pin and the second time I got a shell casing stuck in the die and damaged the expander on the die getting the shell casing out. Both times it was totally my fault and both times they sent me the replacement part free of charge with free shipping !!
You gotta like a company who does things like that !!
