I picked up an LSS chassis for my 700 .223. Sweet little setup BUT I was having a feeding problem using my 2 polymer MDT magazines.
It would either miss the round when I cycled the action or jam as it was pushed into the receiver at a bad angle.
Turned out the mag was hanging a bit loose. When I pushed up lightly on the mag it would feed fine.
I emailed MDT and had a very quick reply. They asked for my info and in less than a week I had 3 replacement magazine latches of various sizes. Installation was super easy. One of the latches was the perfect size and now it runs flawlessly. I tried both full magazines and it cycled all rounds beautifully. It's a big relief as I just bought the chassis expecting it to run perfectly with those mags.
