I would like to thank Tenda to standing behind their products and making my first purchase with them positive. The rifle I ordered showed up quickly, when I had an issue with the rifle they were able to get me shipping arranged and mailed out the replacement before the return even got back to them. Very happy with the rifle I got now! Only complaint is using canpar for shipping, they left 2 rifles on my front step without any signatures both times and the box said on it must be signed by someone 18 years+. Loomis in Saskatoon is delivery agent and they are always horrendous.

The delivery guy did the same thing to me. I live a "stone's throw" away from a school, I almost had a heart attack when I received notification that my new rifle was hanging out on my front step.

I notified Tenda and Canpar about this, however it seems like they still havent figured that issue out.

Recently figured out they require an RPAL from customers for purchasing accesories. Great service indeed...lol
Hint: try to buy an upper receiver from them.

No loss. It was a sham to generate interest and frenzy buys before you realize they upped the price drastically of the items offered a "large % discount" but you actually paid more then item originally was

 tactical72 Win without the sale code !

Same complaint. Tenda sent package via UPS. Left at front door.

I am lucky it was not taken. Not only would parts been lost but it would be known what firearms are in my home. I have a shared building of 100 plus units.

At least send package requiring signature. Next time if its not canada post they lose sale. TENDA is great store but I dont need this crap.

Next time Loomis does this, call the police. Have an officer present and show him what happened.
I’m not sure you’ll like their response, but it will be rectified.

my experience with Tenda customer service

  • Bought a 1911 with issues out of the box [REF1]
  • Tenda support response (after MANY follow-up emails) in [REF2]

[REF1]
1. 30-50 % time, it does not fire on first trigger pull
2. When shooting the slide does not lock back on empty mag (neither mag) 100% of the time.
[REF2]
There's a break in period for every new pistol, we suggest you shoot at least 800rds for the pistol and see how it goes, if this issue continues, we can help you send it back to the repair station.

Regards
Wellen

So be ready to be asked to fire your brand new * malfunctioning * pistol for a minimum of 800 rounds, before they consider providing customer support, because that's what they do.

I would consider a $100 gift card as acceptable apologize for the money I lost in that deal.

Hey, they told my buddy who had a crushed rear sight on his pistol to fix it with gun blue. At least they offered to help you later on.

Asked a simple question about a rifle via email about 6 weeks ago. Money in hand for purchase, never got an answer. Bought it somewhere else instead where they took the 2 minutes to answer a simple question/request.

Im 50-50

I really hate seing instock items that arnt in stock. Then your package come with missing pieces. You call and are told that they have been backordered without telling you. Not even an email.

This has happened 4 times that I can remember.

Same. Ammo is really the only thing they have in stock when they say it's in stock. Everything else is a crap shoot.

I just email them to set aside whatever gun I ordered. Never an issue.
