Great service !

These guys are awesome, I sent an email a few days ago for something to add to my collection, they replied first thing when shop opened up. I called them to confirm and boom it arrived at my doorstep today :D

A+++ if I lived closer I'd be there so so often for more toys ...at this rate I'll never put a downpayment on a house :(

I completely agree. Epp's is great. My wife, son and I went up to Epps a couple of weeks ago. We don't yet have our PAL's (waiting) but we were excited to check out what was available. Even tho they knew we couldn't buy yet, they spent over 1/2 an hour with me and my family, answering all questions and showing us any gun we asked about. Kevin there was fantastic. As soon as our paperwork arrives, I know where we'll be shopping.

Another Epps recommendation. I bought my first shorty shotgun there a few weeks ago. Very helpful people and some free ammo too. Their list price was lower than the lowest price I could negotiate anywhere else. Just make sure you write down the stock numbers of stuff you want to see before you go because they have a lot of inventory and they are too busy to be looking them up for you...

I also have nothing but good things to say. I needed parts for both of my had-to-find-parts for .22 rifles and they came through both times. I just wish it wasn't as far away as it is or I would check them out in person.

Never bought anything from them but they always reply fast by email. One reason I probably won't buy from them is because they tell me that shipping for one rifle will be $40 to 65, same answer I got when I asked how much shipping costs would be for one tapco stock. Just too steep for me. If sponsors want to attract more customers Canada wide, they have to be more competitive I think. Trade EX is charging $25 for one rifle, Marstar $30, those prices are OK, anything above is just not acceptable.

I had one bad experience in about 10 purchases but they turned it into a great experience after they heard my issue. Basically bought a cooey 600 and took it up to the cottage it wouldn't fire half the time. Bolt was a little rusty and prolly just not hitting the firing pin hard enough. Took it back on the way home from the cottage and they said they would exchange it no problems. They had another one in much better shape for the same price but no scope and mount like the original I purchased. I was upset because the scope and mount for this gun(weaver side mount) was almost more than the gun so they said no prob and just mounted the scope and mount from the other gun for me. No charge. Got a mint cooey 600 scope and mount all for 100 bucks.

Kevin was great with me.
Bought 3 new handguns, but was disappointed with a S&W 460 , ( Kevin was not there this time) It was new and had rust in the lug cut out, so I did not buy it, and bore was scratched when I examined it.
