Jad is a former CAF member, a long distance precision rifle shooter, an ipsc Master class pistol shooter provincial champion and well on his way to be the newest canadian IPSC champion.
If he can fit then in, in-between MMA training and his new born.
Pretty good for lapping if you ask me.
