Great way to spend $150

So I find myself with a spare $150 and think "hmmmm....some new grips and a magwell for the 1911 would be nice". So here she is - Kimber Crimson Carry Pro - minus the Crimson Trace laser grips and sporting some new clothes.

ETC Zebra G10 grips from VZ Grips and a stainless MSH & Magwell from Evolution Gun Works. I am pretty happy with the change (especially getting rid of the pos plastic MSH that come with the gun)

How she came from Kimber as a comparison.......

Beautiful grips and a big improvement in the MSH swap out. IMHO that pistol is crying for front strap checkering.

I have a Kimber Custom II that I put the olive drab VZ grips with the Molon Labe insignia in....They are gorgeous grips and look great on the black Kimber. Get some pics up one of these days.
