So I bought a SA20 about a year and a half ago, and during that period I've only had it out 3-4 times. It's my first and so far only AR-15 pattern rifle.
History aside, yesterday my father and I were at my local range enjoying said freedom rifle. Today I took the upper off the lower and noticed the bolt and the end of the gas tube had some green powder and some green goo on it. Looks like copper oxide.
I've only ever used federal m193 ammo in it and never seen this before. Should I be concerned?
It's the only direct impingement gas rifle I own and I'm not extremely experienced with its nuances yet.
