Green light-visible to humans-but not hogs?

While I was hunting in Texas for hogs one of our group had a flashlight (device?) which showed up quite easily the hogs at night. It is visible green light to humans but apparently the hogs don't see it. Does anybody know what that could be , what is it called and if it is available in Canada or where in US?

Not sure about the hogs, but artificial green light doesn't close humans retinas like white light does. Helps maintain your dark adapted vision. It's usually just a green filter on the light.

That could be very handy. I have a Surefire M640DFT-PRO on my night rifle, plain old blinding white.

It needs the longer length circuit protected 18650s.
