Green mountain barrels

Does anyone have any experience with these barrels? I see on the rimfirecentral forum they are just the cats ass. Have any of you run into
any canadian dealers for these?
They make a tapered sporter barrel i would like to get for my soon
to be arriving 10/22. It has a full length International stock which was
part of the reason i purchased it. I want a barrel that will be compatible
with it.
Also who makes a last shot bolt hold open mechanisim for the 10/22?
Ive got a marlin and just love this feature.

Send a PM off to Willwagspal on CGN. He just shipped me my new GM fluted bull barrel this week. Not sure if he can access the full line, but he will help you if he can. Great guy to deal with.
 
I just bought my first 10/22 about a month ago and not long after I bought on herea corelite stock and green mountain .920 fluted barrell. I took the original receiver and put it in the new stock and barrell without any fitting or bedding and with the stock trigger it is shooting 3/8 groups at 25yards and 5/8 at 50 yards. I can't wait to do the trigger and get this thing bedded. I can see why guys get wound up on 10/22's definately fun little plinkers

Are open sights any good on the 10/22? im actually thinking of getting some firesites though
