if you already have a 10 flp congrats, i tried finding one the other day and everybody seems to be out of stock and weren't expecting any before late july if you are still waiting for your pal this will not be an issue for you, i on the other hand lack patience and ordered a rem 700VSF.

Get one of the versions of the 10FP, McMillan being the best one, TPS 20MOA base and TSR rings and the Faclon scope. Attach a Harris BR bi-pod and mayeb a BH or eagle cheekpiece and you have a great rifle for a good price.
