I'm a well-traveled Limey, of just 2 years in Canada, and waiting for my RPAL here in Border City.
I've handled firearms before, but haven't shot anything since .22 rifles at fairgrounds, and a .410 shotgun at critters, some 35+ years ago.
Thinking about buying a .22 pistol for plinking/practice - perhaps even one of the Tokarevs I see at surplus sales - and maybe a rifle for hunting later in the year.

I just saw my join date was 2 years ago, from the time I was in NS and off-work after surgery. Took that long to stop lurking and join in!
