It appears your operation is in a start-up mode so I don't want to ask too much, but could you keep us left-hand shooters in mind as you grow? Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Customer service is our absolute number one priority. We will put the pen to the paper and have our official policies posted up as soon as we possibly can.
With regards to price matching, we will do so whenever possible and only for in-stock items from authorized dealers. We are doing everything we can to provide reasonable, competitive pricing. Please understand that with the decline of our currency and fluctuations in supply and demand, certain items are simply more expensive now than they used to be, especially if they were acquired prior to our unfavourable conversion.
With regards to returns, a refund will be provided if the item is returned within 14 days with the original receipt providing the product is unopened, unused and in the same condition as when it left the store. Unfortunately, this cannot apply to firearms, ammunition, or related components.

Stopped by today. While they are still very much "moving in", the shop was really coming together. Some great prices on different handguns as well as one of the lowest prices I have seen for a new CC IUR. Only picked up a copy of Recoil magazine, but will be back for sure.
