Hello everyone! Newbie here wishing friendly welcome from this great forum!

Now for proper introductions, I am frome the province of New Brunswick, the Acadia part of it to be more specific (meaning I'm french). I have several firearms at the moment, most of them old military rifles although my favorite firearm at the moment is my Cz-858.

When it comes to firearms in general, I am fascinated by everything russian. The AK(Just wished it was legal to have one...), mosin-nagant, SKS, tokarev, etc. I dont know why I have such a fascination with russian weaponry, I just find them to be great looking and they arent that bad on the firing range aswell.

Well, thats it for my little introduction.

welcome to CGN
as you can see in my signature i am a big fan of russian firearms
(except the norc. the student budget explains it)

Welcome aboard from a fellow New Brunswicker.:)

You will be pleased to know that there are two variants of the AK-47 that are non-restricted in Canada - the Valmet M-78, and the Valmet Hunter. However, the downside is that they are rather rare, so they command a premium. Chambered in .223 or .308, they usually sell for roughly $3000-4000. One chambered in 7.62x39 Russian would be quite rare ( I saw one listed in the EE a few weeks ago, and it was well over $6000). Just apply for the EE(Equipment Exchange) sub-forums if you wish to buy or sell on here, and good luck.
