Hello everyone.

I'm Wes from Thunder Bay, ON. I shoot with the New Ontario Shooters Association.

Actually, I wouldn't count on it. Thunder Bay has been consistently one of the most Liberal ridings in Canada. Conservatives always get owned here.

Its biggest employer is university, with its second biggest being paper mills full of union workers who are getting laid off in boatloads. Also tons of aboriginals. This is an extremely left-wing city. I'm almost afraid to leave my home.

I guess I've been spreading too much of the "good word" down at the range.

Thanks everyone. I've lurked for a long while but finally registered to promote our club.

Nelly250, where are you shooting? Fish and Game or down at Arnone's? If you aren't, stop on by Arnone's on a Friday night and say hello. Myself and flip1 are usually there. I think there are others from the club on here as well.

I will (of course) resist the urge to buy anything new, firearms related, except for ammo.

I haven't belonged to a club in a few years, but will be joining before the summer roles around. What time on Friday do you meet?
 
We meet around 7:00 at GMK. You'll find us at the table just outside the shop door.

Hey Wes, I always assumed you were lurking around here somewhere. Stay out of the EE forum if you don't want to spend too much money. I joined the EE forum to get rid of some guns but now have more than before.

Nice start to the club website. You'll have to get some pics from the next shoot.

I have a sure defense to spending too much - a wife.

Pictures are a good idea for sure. Look for the flashing (not that sort of flashing) at the next shoot.
