I thought that the whole Dlask situation only applied to the Milkor? The threads surrounding the whole thing got convoluted pretty quickly so I didn't bother to keep up with it.

Both happened around the same time. The Milkor ended up with a restricted status when the RCMP labs decided it was short semi auto. Since the M203s are not registered, there is only word of mouth to tell their owners that the launchers are now registerable firearms. Fortunately there is an amnesty on which should prevent guys from losing them.
