Hi Folks,

I really am...:D...see?

I have just returned from my local range and a quick first 100 rounds or so of both SA surplus and Norinco green box ammunition through my newly degreased M305. Man, are these EVER nice rifles! :)

I am really, really impressed. What incredible value for my hard earned shooting dollar!

I now truly am beginning to understand the whole M14 thing...and I'm just so glad I finally decided to act on my urge and git' me one of my own.

Funny you should ask that...I've been sitting here trying to decide whether to drop my next few hundred on a case of ammunition or another one. I definitely will need at least two of these rifles.

I was thinking about getting a second one just for the spare parts.

Where would one aquire one? I thought everyone was sold out.

Try Dark International. Rodger might still have a few. I just got mine this week and dying to give it a shoot. I am already considering a second one.
 
You guys are correct, it's likely best to acquire a second rifle now - then slowly buy add on's and ammunition. I wonder about the availability of surplus ammunition in the months to come. Right now at least in Edmonton it is plentiful. :confused:
 
Well I'm in the same boat as Jeff here!
The shipment before last I got two of them and now I'm awaiting the next shipment for another pair...
