Grip screw/bushing stuck

I'm trying to get a grip screw out of the grip on one of my WW1 1911's without the bushing coming out too. Another grip screw will not turn at all. Do I use a special penetrating oil or? Also who has blued grip screws for an early era 1911?

It would be better if the bushing came out. Then you could hit it with a product called moovit. I get it at Lordco or possibly Can Tire has it. Let it soak for 24 hours then hit it with a heat gun or very carefully with a torch and more moovit until it breaks loose. Worst case if you can get it off the gun is cut the bushing off with a dremmel and cutting wheel. Dlask or Brownells would have the replacement parts.
 
Another penetrating oil that I can't say enough good things about is Seafoam Deep Creep. I recently has pre 1900 1894 come into the shop that every screw was seized in. A 24 hour soak and every screw backed out with "fingertip" pressure!

It is available at Canadian Tire, Lordco and probably just about any other automotive supply store.
 
I use 50/50 mix of acetone and atf for a penetrating oil. If you can get one grip off then you can put the penetrating oil on the screws from the inside. Brownells sells grip screws as would several other sources I imagine.
 
An option is to back the bushing out slightly and apply Red Loctite and screw it back in... wait overnight and try the screw again...

Exact fitting screwdrivers and a firm bench pad and a lot of pressure is needed too.
