Grips Screws

I am looking for some grip screws for a 1911, I went to Brafasco today to try and source them and they tried a few of their suppliers with no luck.

They tell me the decription is a M4 - .050 x 7 cheese head.

any information would be appreciated,

I was going through the same thing last year, I never thought it would be so difficult to get grip screws. The local gun shop tried for more than a month, (if they even tried) and couldn't find any. My STI Trojan came with slim grips and to change up to Packmyers I needed longer screws.

Anyway, I ordered mine from Freedom Ventures, he had them in stock and shipped them right away. I assume they would be the same screws for any 1911 ????

Get some Wilson Combat hex screws from Dlask.

Brafasco is an industrial fastener supplier. Firearm screws are rather speciailized. Try Brownell's.

Try Marstar that's where I got my stainless hexhead ones , they sent them out right away.
