Grizzly 12.5" ETA

Picked up a 12 with no buttstock. Perfect deal cuz I had plans to replace it anyways.

Me too. My question now though is: do we need anything else? We know we are going to have to get a butt stock, but what about the
long buttstock screw? I don't want to find out weeks from now that I need to order more parts.

Sweet. Just put in my order for one with no buttstock.

That is perfect because i was going to remove the factory stock anyway

Yup, I ordered one too. I have to admit though, I am a little concerned about it missing the butt stock. I know he said it was removed for other projects. But if you think about it, the stocks can only be used on 870s or other Grizzly shotguns which should already have the stocks on them... So that leaves me with the question.. Why remove a stock to put on another gun that should have had the same stock already on it and leave your self with a bunch of stockless Grizzlys to sit in the back of a warehouse or stock room.. Perhaps I am over analyzing? :/

Any idea where a guy can get the long buttstock screw? 870s screws would be imperial so the grizzly screw might be harder to come by. If there any more than $10 might as well hold out untill they get complete guns back in stock.

If you think outside the box you could just use threaded rod from a hardware store and a nut/washer.....less than $5.

Sooo what stock is everyone putting on these things? All the ones i like are out of stock everywhere and the one i really want (mesa high mount) is way to damn expensive haha
