Grizzly 12.5 sling loop help

Does anyone know how to remove the sling loop from the cap at the end of the mag tube. The magpul forend comes out further than the stock one and it is keeping it from getting into battery.

Replace your end cap with a plain jain remington one or get a dlask smiley face one thats what I did.

Any word on the barrel not being threaded?

Yup, called today. They're exchanging this barrel with the proper threaded one with the modified choke.
Theyre sending it today so I can use it on Friday. It helps that I am only a 40 minute drive from their office.
