Might be just under. With 12" LOP it is just barely legal but I forget by how much. You could always add a sling plate or modify the stock to not collapse below a 26" OAL. Lots of quick easy ways to do that.

Overall length is still good with that stock I have that exact same stock on mine.
Hey pubcrawl, what did you use for a recoil pad? I just put the LEO kit on my 12.5" grizzly and want to find a butt pad for mine.

If you don't mind having a screw-on pad I would recommend it.
Tried the Limbsaver snap on pad but didn't like how bulky it was.
Also for those interested the foregrip is a Dlask Tactical Grizzly 8.5 model with Magpul accessories.
Still trying to source a William's 870 Ace In The Hole rear site for this.
