I just bought a grizzly 8.5 and I was told a pistol grip would make it restricted, does a folding stock make it restricted as well ?
why lecture the poor guy for asking a question? thats what this forum is here for.
its better if people ask if unsure and be given a correct answer.

to answer skoal post 7 if the gun can not be fired at less than 26 inches you are legal. the stumbling block is to achieve this .
What about a underfolding stock that would render it unfireable unless unfolded? Is the oal the usable oal or is it oal no matter what?
