Grizzly/870 folding stock

How long is the stock when folded? Is it legal to install on a 14" 870?

15" seems to be the minimum

I had heard that the entire length of a shot gun minimum is 26 inch in-order to be nr. i had a dominion 29 inch outlaw anyone know whether i can buy an adaptor and put on a telescopic stock or folding, where can i find this.

Get an M4 stock and put in a large rivet in the tube that prevents full collapse.
