Grizzlys don't they take 870 stuff? An 870 barrel doesn't work? I was under the impression they were?

Every other Grizz will take standard 870 hardware/barrels other then the 8.5"
The 8.5, like an 8.5" 870 requires modifications to the pump/magazine/fore end section of the rifle which will not allow standard barrels.
If you want to play with barrel lengths buy the 12.5", it uses standard stuff.
