Grizzly Mag 8.5 fore grip options

Got my Grizzly Mag 8.5 very close to my desired set-up. Changed the buttstock to a Mesa Tactical Urbino pistol grip stock; which I find to be very comfortable (limb-saver pad) and well suited to this shotgun configuration. I also swapped out the fore-end to a Dlask tri-rail.

I tried a vertical fore grip and I didn't like how it handled. It felt unnatural to me.

What aftermarket horizontal grips will fit the Dlask rail?

Something like this perhaps?

I'm running a vertical foregrip since for me, it is very natural.

That grip looks a little long to fit.
You have to find something short to cycle properly.

What grip are you using? I was using a EGRO pop bottle grip, which didn't feel right unless it was mount aft on the rail. Of which I could not rack the action.

I'm going to make one for myself that mounts on the Dlask forend that resembles a large lever gun loop with a thimble to protect your thumb.

Sounds interesting!

Burn/blow off your thumb... or pinch your palm between the grip and magwell with every rack of the action. Only justification for a vertical grip that I can see.

Looking into the EGRO xpress grip... but $70 is a bit steep. Already spent $200 on the stock and railed fore grip.

I actually like the standard forearm on the Can Am shotguns enough that I put one on my 8.5 wingmaster I feel the vertical foregrip puts too much sideways torque on the mag tube

I noticed that too. Plus I had issues with the action rails popping out of the guides because of the leftward rotation while racking the action.
