Grizzly mag feeding problems

had my grizzly mag out on the weekend and had some issues with feeding and jamming up any tips for fixing this? it is fairly new i only fired maybe 150 shells through it

federal target loads....im gunna smooth out the feed lips on the mags with emery cloth and see if that helps....maybe grease the mag body aswell

A lot of good can be done on those Mag Fed Grizzlys by polishing the feed ramp until it is gleaming

and run it like you mean it.. if you are tentative or soft on the cycling you will get hang ups.

gunna try polishing the feed ramp.....i cycle it pretty hard...just gunna keep tweaking it till it runs perfect....not giving up!

The problem is that the lips on the mags are too big. You have to sand them down with a file or sand paper and it will feed like a dream.

You sand the two top parts of the mags, where the shells feed out from. I'll try to post a pic later. You have to round them out a little so that they don't catch the shells as the gun cycles. The best way to test it is to put the safety on and cycle two unfired shells through it. Smooth out any rough spots.

I had to shorten the mag spring on mine there was to much pressure and now i can run 3" shells through it. I also had to polish the feed ramp. Good luck.

It is very tight on round 5, so that might work, thanks. Although my bolt head on the front of the follower also works.
