Grizzly mag question?

I would be more curious to know if a regular tube fed 870 could be converted to a mag fed without too much butchery.

on the magfed receivers the hole for the tube isnt milled out, even if you did drill the hole so you could get access to the tube, and put in a follower and a tubefed trigger group ( they are totally different) the opening at the bottom i think would be the wrong shape and it wouldnt function anyways

I have a mag fed grizzly and I don't think it's possible to convert it to a functional tube fed shotgun. You can certainly make modifications to it, but it's designed to be mag fed and I wouldn't risk destroying a perfectly good shotgun to find out for sure.

Yep, why would you. For the price, just buy a mag and a tube. They are not pretty or well finished, but for the price of a <insert choice of $700 shotgun> you can have a little bit of both.

No, they are very different internally. Even the receiver is different to accommodate the mag.
