not sure if I am old nuff to get you a beer in the presance of the law:rolleyes:

but I would like to hear how vancouver dictates what hapens in the northwest ? I dont see any antis here telling us not to kill animals and plant life

and I am 35 by the way and have lived in the stix since day 1

I dont think BC is holier than though of the provinces in fact I am rather jelous of many CGN members and the opportunities they have across the nation with hunting and fishing
 
Burns Lake?...........hell that ain't remote, I have family members in Fraser lake. Hunted there and fished for many years of my life.

I really should not have to talk about Vancouver or the lower mainland dictating.

BC has many things.....many that the hunting world envy, but they also have a California mindset in the big population areas. Ya, i know Foxer ........

My guess is he's in his car, and i have about 12 hours before he tries to insert a beer somewhere i don't care for :) Probably some damn cheap budwieser at that. :eek:

and I dont have a car anymore and I couldnt aford to drive my truck to yer house just to stuff a bear up yer ...................................... (mad lib insert here ! ;) )
 
The only thing I don't like about rifles for bear defence is that you can't fire birdshot out of them. How on earth are you going to blind the bear if you don't have any birdshot?:eek:

I am indeed. However i'm not sure i see a rules violation here - i think it's safe to say he didn't intend to ACTUALLY shove a bear up anything, clearly it was intended as humour.
 
now thats a matter of personal opinion if I ever seen 1 and it was a beer jeez like I get get a bear to hold still long nuff for that lol

for a guy who dosnt like the company you keep coming back with replies, if you dont like the crowd theres always another doughnut shop down the street in www.ville

I had heard opinions from other hunters and shooters I know about CGN. Just this last month when I was up north, and stuck with satellite to check e-mail, the locals snorted when I signed in to check and see what was going on on CGN.

Well I am done here. Way to juvenile for my tastes...............I had hoped it would improve, but it has not.

Ya, ya.......I know good ridance, etc, etc.......all the junk I have seen on here before.

Let me guess. You're upset over something bone has said here, although i see nothing other than some pretty playfull banter.

However - rather than actually address the situation like an adult and PM me with legitimate concerns, you're trying to make some weak attempt at a snide remark vaguely questioning me or my 'professionalism'. Done in such a way of course that you can backpeddal if necessary and attempt to claim you really meant it as a compliment.

I must say - I haven't really appreciated that technique since i graduated from grade 8 many moons ago.

If you have a legitmate concern, pm me and we'll discuss it. There's no call to be petty.

Well that's the best news I have heard today:)
I know and have hunted with a few PH's, Guides, Fish Cops and LEO's... and they are usually adept at human nature... you know able to judge character and accept others opinions without judgement. It is this ability to accept people and their limited experience, which is usually less than their own, that allows them to do the job successfully and professionally. They don't have to resort to snide remarks and dismissive behaviour to bolster their own puny ego! To a man the best guides I know are humorous but of few words, knowledgeable but not dismissive, proud of their abilities and willing to share their experiences.
I am relatively certain I am in the majority of CGNers that really don't care what you think buddy... I have seen nothing written here or pictures posted or hunters who you have guided reporting back that makes you any kind of a Guide or Professional Hunter that I would trust or believe in.
In my opinion your ignorant and dismissive comments towards the CGN community have tainted you forever here... time to pack a lunch!
