Really? I find it ironic when shops want you to support local then sell goods from china when there are similar Canadian made products. Should offer a free Huawei phone instead of stove. Really give the chicoms a boost

Did you post this from a 100% Non Chinese made device? Is your house total 100% Non Chinese Products?

Yes time have changed to worst... Inflation is 2%. Therefore, in 10 years this should be ~100 $ more and not double if that price is correct.

Incorect. Product sold at someones loss years ago does not reflect what it takes to make a product today. If it does than please point us to $400 grizzly wall tents that we can purchase. Every request of this type for products that are cheaper out there always ends in the sounds of crickets.

We were recently offered a stores iventory at 30% of retail cost. Does that mean that the new going rate for the average retailer should be 1/3 the price 5 years from now?

Please folks, if you are going to post, your posts need to make sence. This thread is for the people who are looking to buy, not complain. There is plenty of other places in the world where you can vent. This is not the place. If your trying to discourage people from buying, just so you know, every post puts this thread back to the top for another couple hundred people to read and click on the link.
 
If you look at the pic of the $400 dollar one, it says right on there that’s it’s regularly $800. $400 dollar PA special. So with inflation the current prices are not outrageous.
