Hi, looking for some input on ground blinds suitable for hunting with a crossbow. Going to be bear hunting on the ground and I need a compact blind yet still enough room to manouver a crossbow. Shooting windows on 3 sides if possible but not necessary. Quiet and easy to set up is very important. Hard to judge these things by internet pics. Any help appreciated.
Thanks.

Get yourself a Ghost Blind. I bought mine from Cabelas a few years ago and shipped to my house for cheaper than getting it from the manufacturer. It is amazing. I no longer climb up trees to hunt because of it!

First time heard about them looks like it would be handy fore a Hunter that travels quite a bit and hunting different species wounder if thers a stalking model that you can hold well closing the distance on game seen guys use a umbrella to do the same thing on black bears on the coast

It does look pretty cool. I want some of the scent control a ground blind offers though. I had one awhile back, cant remember the name but it had velcro everywhere, the windows where too high up when you where sitting in a chair, just a terrible blind. Trying to avoid wasting my time/money like that again

I've got 3 of the Ameristep Doghouse blinds. Bought the first one used for $40 and was pleased enough with it to buy the other 2 new for $100 tax in on sale. It folds up easily, once you get the hang of it, into the small pack that comes with it. It is easy and fast to set up. 4 big windows and should be large enough to bow hunt from. I set mine up in late August and take them down in December. So far they have been durable and have withstood a couple of inches of snow on them. The fabric is (mostly) waterproof, if you don't leave a couple of the windows open a bit to let air circulate through it, it will be wet, wet, wet inside when you go to use it.
