It is a great challenge & you may be successful @ meeting both " CHALLENGE'S " @ the same time !! ( Just a suggestion )

I'd say a challenge is something you have a chance of doing on any given try. Unless my math is wrong less than a 1/4 MOA at 300???? Golfers have a holy grail too, a hole in one. I've known a few who have done it. Not one that can do it on command.

I'd be ecstatic if I pulled this off, and congrats to Tomochan. This isn't a challenge though, it's a game of chance...

I'm not tweaking any noses here, you have to be good to do 3" at 300, 1 1/2" really good. under a 1/4 MOA you are a god....

Because you might not put all the required information in or put one too many pictures in or not show the time of day it was shot or not show exactly what
calibre and exzctly what bullet you were shooting on which benchrest with what bag at what temperature.

I've seen it done twice, once with a 300wm and once with a 338 LM, the rifles used were the Unique Alpine's (FN Ballista) Factory rifles, modular factory rifles are capable, hard to find a shooter who is
 
Spoke with Gary from Wantstall this afternoon, will get the price for a Nemesis 300WSM arrival in June, big brother is coming, now let unleashed those 208 Amax @ 2950 fps and i thought i was stuck with those 7 pounds of R-17... JP.

I shoot the 208 out of wsm as well, I get 2800ish from a 26" tube at max for the rifle. I find Win 760 is fastest at that bullet weight. Oh, and why would you spend 10K on a new rifle? Isn't the whole point of that platform to switch barrel and bolt in 1 minute and shoot?

Simple answer, there is nothing like it on the market, it is unique and a top performer, not saying THE TOP PERFORMER but not far and R-17 is a very fast powder, in my 308 my 20 inch barrel is pushing the 208 Amax just north of 2600 fps... JP.

I've actually used the 300wsm-208 amax and RL 17....but what do I know....

Barrels are all different, i am having great succes with this Reloader serie powders (R-15 and 155 grs Scenars are stellar performers in my rifle ) just saying... JP.
