Grouping went left about 1.5"

I need some help.
I am using a SIG 226 9 mm DAK. I had about 6000 rounds through it. Up until last week all the grouping was at bullseye. Now the grouping is about 1.5 in to the left.

I cannot figure out why. To my best of knowledge, I did not change the grip or trigger finger. The pistol is field strip and clean once a week. I shoot about 200-400 rounds per week. The sights are tight.

One thing that I just notice is the rear sight is pushed more to the left (i.e. not dead centre).

How long does a barrel last?

It's not the barrel, is it possible the sights have been jarred during transport?

I thought of that too, and I tried to move the rear sight by hand - the rear sight will not move.

There was no scratch or dent near the rear sight so I do not think it was jarred.
