Would you say that this is a descent grouping for 25 meters? 1 sec per round.

not a bad group at all, but for future reference you'll never shoot good enough for yourself! you'll always wanna do better!

Do you know which shots were which? almost looks like two points of aim.

If you wanna improve your groups by a few inches at 25m, do the hot cold drill. Get a partner to take all your magazines and load them for you. Have him/her put a few dummy rounds in amongst the live rounds. Shoot a group one round at a time as smooth as you can (take all the time in the world, literally!) You'll shoot a tighter group obviously because your taking your time, but when you unknowingly shoot a dummy round you can see your flinch (assuming you have one). The goal here is to shoot each round perfectly, until you get a dummy round and youand have no flinch at all (takes a few rounds). It can be tedious but after a few hours of it you'll see a dramatic difference. Then you can worry about the 1 round per second shooting. REMEMBER smooth is fast!
