I have to agree with Redneck here - sometimes service from Badger leaves something to be desired.

Ordered from there last summer, and he said that we were just waiting for the CFO to approve transfer. So, I called to CFO - no record of a transfer ever being initiated. So I called him and said that I'd be down on the weekend to see family. He told me to come and get my gun; when I called on the weekend, he was gone to a football game.

No answer, no answer, no answer. I come onto here to complain, I get my gun about four days later.

Sometimes complaining in a forum like this has results.
 
i orderd from them about a month and a half ago and there was a little mix up with the ammo they sent me and my rilfe was lost in the mail and i have to say that they were very helpful and sorted out the ammo right away and they also whent to the post ofiice early in the morning and tracked it down witch wasent even there fault it was canada post. So i found them to have good service and they were very polite on the phone and in the emails but if they dont get back to you right away its cause they are busy and just give them a little time anyways i intend on ordering again
 
Anybody else tired of these "boo hoo I am a whiny know it all that wants a rifle for a dollar shipped the same day" threads??

Sometimes you can't explain to a person the we don't make the parts and we are waiting for there arrival just like you. When someone calls and emails several times a day it makes it difficult to serve other customers. Give them a break.

I worked in a hotel downtown one summer and had these #####y people thinking they we're better, one time this guy arrives at the front trying to give me an attitude because he drives the cheapest porsche model available, tells me theres no way hes parking it in the garage and letting us handle it. Not impressed, with atleast a dozen more valuable cars handled the same day in the same garage, I just simply tell him to hit the road.

All enraged he decides to ask for my boss, I tell him to go see him, My boss comes to see me with a big smile on his face couple minutes later, asked him if he talked to the guy, Told me, Yeah, Sent him to go f*ck himself, damn prick. LOL

Saw the same guy come back 45 mins later after trying to find a parking spot by himself outside, almost about to cry he said because of me he was now late for his meeting.

I couldnt help but laught. I guess he understood the true meaning of "my way or the highway" that day.
