An unlicensed user (i.e. you have to have a PAL but not a Magazine License) can buy/store up to 20kg, which is 4 cases. Since we do free shipping, I recommend you buy your product over two orders (i.e. once you used the first lot, place another order), or get a friend with a PAL to take the other shipment. Or send the second shipment to your second home ;) It's about safe storage more than quantity of purchase.
 
Id just shot some of this stuff for the first time this weekend. Absolutely awesome. I dont think id had that much fun shooting since my first .22 when i was a kid. And plus, the look on my friends faces... ��
 
Got a vid of one of those 1lb targets ripping a steel front fender off of a scrapped Chev van and sending it a hundred feet out and landing in a spruce tree 25 feet up.
 
Have a picture I will post later that is really cool. We put a 1/2 lb target between the headrest and the seat on a junked car. Shot thru the windshield 2 times( first shot hit the steering wheel)Blew out 3 of the four side windows, headrest was gone to say the least and left a huge hole in the remainder of the seat back.
 
Just used a half pound charge around a teddy bear this morning, The bear was placed on a scrap washer drum. very fun detonation not to mention the stuffing flying everywhere. the metal drum was no longer round.

this stuff is fun, yet easy to get carried away and blow up a $100 in an afternoon.

There are a lot of ways to blow through $100 and have a lot less fun to show for it :)
