GSG 1911 Grip Screws

I am trying to track down some pretty stainless screws for my GSG.

I understand they are Metric, but was wondering if anyone could actually measure them for me to get the diamentions for them.
( I do not own the knowledge to complete this task)

That way I can give the measurements to a hardware distributor.

I would show them one but they are not near.

Im tring to get diamentions for the metric screws because from a specialty hardware supllier, the best quality ones are only worth about 15 cents each.. not really about the money, more the chase

Try this:

150"-50 x .250" tpi

It's in standard, but for sure there is a metric equivalent. Just ask your distributor.

They are standard length 1911 grips correct?

they don't exist in the metric format.

You can change the bushings for genuine 1911's and use commonly available 1911 screws or you have to drill out the GSG's and retap for the next best size you can find.

There European made. Europe is metric.
Will try to find them on the European market.

Stainless hexkeyed screws would be my preference.

I ordered a set with bushings from brownells and it work on mine. They were just standard 1911 bushings and screws.
