GSG MP-40-22LR - Lost barrel cover bolt

It appears the bolt on the barrel cover came out at the last range trip leaving me with an un-usable gun until I can find the proper bolt.

if anyone is stripping theirs down and minds pulling that bolt on the bottom size of the barrel beside the receiver mind taking a quick measurement and telling me what size it is?

-Before you tell me to send it in, I'm not sending it in for 1 bolt. I've sent in service requests to try and get the some info on the bolt and how I can order one but I have not heard back yet I want to get it back out before winter comes.

as I said i have put two service requests and messaged them in here. "not putting a gripe on them at all" just still have got no where with them and I want this gun back in service before winter

I bought a use STG 44 it came with an authentic gsg stg 44 scope mount, but no open sight,i did email them about 2 months ago asking if i could BUY that rear sight from them, not giving it to me since it's not their fault,and never had a answer.After that they say THEY are the ONLY importer of GSG in canada and if the gun dont come from them,then no warranty,i guess this happen even with their guns ... my 2 cents
