The deposit is not refundable. An in-store credit is issued which can be used on anything in the store (applies to internet orders as well).

Unfortunately the distributor doesn't have a new ETA... doesn't look like they'll be in before 2019.

Apparently the first shipment meant for Canada was unloaded in Washington state because the ship's captain decided he didn't wanna go to Vancouver anymore. You can imagine how the CBP reacted to this unscheduled delivery.

They should be arriving early next week! Once we get them in, we'll be taking the remaining balance on pre-orders and we'll start shipping them out ASAP.
There are still a couple of MP-40s available on the first shipment.
