GSG MP-40

Looking at the GSG-40 . Have they made any improvements since it came out ? Is it worth it for plinking ?

They are pure fun but don't confuse them with anything other than fun. Plinking is what they are plain and simple.

Got one a bit ago an no real problems with it, just used federal bulk back stuff had lying round and no major problems

unlike my gsg stg44 mag which I have to take the mag apart because the rounds went in side ways and now stuck

There was a recent thread on here somewhere about these. I had one & it was lots of fun to shoot! I never had any mechanical problems with mine.

mine, a round dropped in the gap in the mag, hidden. very scary.

the improvement i've heard is they resolved the slack in the trigger connecting bar.

My wife and I use it for 50 yrds max plinking and it hasnt been any issue whatsoever, albeit we have only shot 800 rounds max over 2 sessions. Cleaned up decently
