gsg mp5 handgaurd doesnt fit??

Got a gsg from the EE and came with this handgaurd - doesn't seem to fit, especially the pin location. Am I missing something, or just the wrong part? My friend has a 3D printer if someone would link the file to making our own MP5 handgaurd of any style. The rails are lame to me.

It will need to be modified to fit. Either a hole drilled on the front for a push pin, a custom 3D printed adapter, or the gsg-522 conversion cocking tube.
There are also other style MP5 handguards that will fit on your gsg16 that are printable off thingiverse.com for free.
