Did a search couldn't find any mention of it, and thought it looked cool!

Wonder if the STG design is Prohib/Restricted in Canada?

Of course they will be prohibited! They *LOOK* like something that was made 65 years ago and was full auto!... (no mention or caring that the real thing is pretty damn rare today)...

They're not a variant of a named prohib.

Semi-auto replica's in 7.92x33mm are already in Canada, and only restricted due to barrel length.

It'll no doubt have the same bolt system used in the ISSC MK22 SCAR, as the same exact bolt system is used in the GSG 5 ( MP-5 look-alike). It's plagued with problems as many know from the MK22, thats the only reason I havent bought one.

So what you are saying is that the GSG will be a crummy as the ISSC???
I dont know if you have owned any products from either brand but the GSG is top notch compared to the ISSC pistol i have. ISSC is still a very good gun but nowhere near as good as the GSG.
GSG makes some of thw best .22lr firearms
Plus how do you know that they will indeed have the same bolt??
The stg 44 isnt even out yet for us canuks.
