Gsg stg-44 non-restricted rifle

I hope someone does these for a reasonable price in a useful caliber some time.

For the size of the stg-44 I couldnt justify owning it in .22 these are still awesome but if it came in 7.62x39 or .308 I would be all over it like white on rice.

Same with if the mp-40 was in 9mm

Oh well its a step in the right direction!

You didn't just say that did you? 7.62x39 I could possibly understand but haha on the .308 version. Drop a v12 into a civic and we'll talk about that .308 stg44.

And yes 8mmkurz STg-44 and 9mm mp40 versions have existed for a long time in Canada now, have 3k to spare?

The BD-38's are in legal-limbo right now. No chance of getting one until it's worked out... and you know how long THAT can take.

So get the mp 40 in 9mm that church was referring to not the 38...
I want the mp40 .22 pretty bad and the price is right, would it be 26 oal if it was same dimensions as a real mp40 with the stock folded?

I would like a mp 40 in 9mm but don't have 3k to spend. So one in 22 would work for me. Do we know if there for sale here. Or the date when they will?

We are still waiting on both an ETA on delivery as well as an FRT number for the STG-44's. We have not heard any information recently about the MP-40's as they are scheduled for production after the STG-44 has been introduced to the market. As we receive more information we will keep everyone posted.

lol blue line if you cant import them just say it
It is 454 days from the start date of this thread to the end date today, but not including the end date

Or 1 year, 2 months, 29 days excluding the end date that we have been waiting.

I never believed that they would be available in April. Even GSG has been saying "summer 2012" w/ the added teaser that they may be ready earlier.

I'm expecting that later summer or Fall 2012 is when I might get my hands on one. Ce la vie...

I dont think its so much of blue line not being able to import them, I think it GSG taking their sweet ass time getting them in to production.

Oh by the way I cant wait for my STG-44!!!!!!!

We do apologize for the delays in bringing the STG-44 to market. It is not that we cannot bring it in to Canada it is that the rifle is still not in production. We have been making announcements with regards to information which we have been directly given from GSG, there have been many unforseen production delays and at this point they are still working on the final "production version" of the STG-44. We never expected the introduction of the rifle to take this long and we understand everyones frustration with regards to the delays. We hope that everyone understands we are doing everything in our power to bring this product to Canada as fast as we can but our hands are tied with regards to the manufacturing of the rifle.

We will keep everyone posted as always and I will try to answer questions as they arise.

Thank you for everyone's patience.

I appreciate you keeping us apprised of what's going on Ryan, even if it isn't music to our ears.

you may wish to update your first post with this information though, like you did with the GSG 10/22 drum magazine. :)

Great idea,

Update posted in first thread with approximate Canadian Retail Pricing.

Thank you.

Cheers,
Ryan
