Gsg stg-44 non-restricted rifle

Is the metal stamped or machined? Is it nice and solidly built?

They are currently in preproduction right now so they are setting the machines up. If it's like the GSG it would be cast aluminum but at this time I'm not sure. I know the stock on the MP44 is wood.

I haven't personally handled it but the manger said the protype that they had at the shot show was very nice and felt solid.

Best regards,
Scott

Thanks Scott!

Will you be doing a Pre-Order once you get confirmation?

If they handle it like they did on the GSG 1911's then tehy will do a pre order when they list them in the online store. Awesome to deal with and I look forward to a great price so I can buy a 44 off them.

If these are of the same quality as the GSG1911

I will buy one. The 1911 has the feel of a quality piece, I am negotiating with my wife as we speak. I just bought her a laptop though so i am good to go.

How much, and will lots of extra magazines for the MP 44's be available?

I wonder if the real mp44's accepted k 98 bayonets, and if these ones do too?

Now THAT would be ubercool:)

Dear Zupermann,

We don't currently have prices for the extra mags at this time. We will defiantly be bringing them in though.

Best regards,
Scott

They said it was because of a us court case and when we asked about the GSG 552 which in the us was deemed to not be a variant they said it still was. We are currently working on appeal at this time. The GSG-AK47 Cal .22Lr HV was deemed to be a variant of an ak 47 even though it didn't share any of the parts or even the same function internally.

Best regards,
Scott

Oh man this has got to be won.....it is NOT a variant it just looks like one..... if the RCMP win this theyll ban just about anything they want...Vz58s..etc.

Blue Line, keep up the paperwork fight. They look GREAT and I hope you will be able to import them. I will keep watching for any updates. Thank you. barbican.

And the price is what?

Dear TGC,

We don't currently have a set price at this time. The price will depend on what they cost to import them from Germany. We will announce the price ones we have one. They are expected to arrive around November but we don't have an exact date at this time.

Best regards,
Scott

What is the time line between the ruling on non-restricted and restricted and November?

We are hopeing to have them ready to sell around November but it depends on when we can get them a sample and how long they take to class it.

Best regards,
Scott

Oh dear. Current RCMP policy is to look for any excuse whatsoever to prohibit new firearms and, when no excuse can be found, to shelve classification indefinitely.

Are you just stating the way you feel, or do you have actual sources to back what you are saying?

Do you have some kind of proof, or at least a legitimate source you can share with us?
