It is too bad for businesses, but it will be good for out of province customer as we go back to only charging GST for them.

Why is it bad for businesses?
Guess is instead of paperwork for one tax they have to do two. Cost savings was suppose to be pass onto business, then onto consumers. Too bad Lieberals deceitfully forced it onto BC arrogantly believing the people had no choice.
Prior to HST business shipping out of province did well charging only GST. The PST savings often covered shipping encouraging out of province sales.

The paperwork and costs are much less because we get all the HST back, as opposed to only getting the GST back.
The Fed wants it's money back that we were given to put the HST into effect (is 2 billion correct??) They were going to lower the HST to 10% now the combined tax will stay at 12% (I wonder how long that takes to generate 2 billion).
The Liberals won't win the next provincal election. The new party BCconservatives will probally split the vote only allowing an NDP minority (many NDP sheep still out here). They will do mass damage and then the BC Conservatives have a good chance of getting atleast a minority. (speculation for entertainment only)
