GTA AR15 gunsmith?

Can anyone reccomend a gunsmith for a AR15 free float rail install in the Toronto area? I need someone with a barrel wrench. Thanks, Mark

I went up to Tacord a couple of days ago. Everything is as it should be finally. Casey really knows his stuff and is a nice guy to boot. Thanks for the tip guys!
