Hey well I was supposed to go today for my courses but they got cancelled last minute everything in Toronto seems to be booked for the next month or so. I can travel outside of Toronto as long as it is about an hour or less away. Looking for it within the next three weeks as after that I have exams and would like to get out shooting this summer.

If anyone knows of anything please reply, York Firearms Academy and Guns.to are both full for next month.

Thanks, Tom

Tom I will check with a guy I know he usually runs a course out of his archery shop with another instructor up here in Pefferlaw,(about an hour from Toronto). Usually the classes have small numbers. CRAP it was this weekend. I will ask about another course and I will let you know.

Ken and Don are great guys

Ken and Don has been around teaching these courses for years and very professional. Not to mention they are Law Enforcement Officers that are great advocates for the Firearms community.
The good thing about their program is you can do both Non-Restricted and Restricted Course in one weekend (Depending on the schedule). If you check their schedule they offer Hunting course on the same weekends as well with the Non-Res and Restricted Courses. Really, it makes it for the candidate expedite their courses in one weekend. No long wait for the whole process if you need to acquire an RPAL certification.

Glad you like them Tom.

Congratulations!!! :)

I just did my PAL yesterday in Brampton. http://www.canadianfirearmscourses.com/CourseOutline/Courseoutline.htm If you call these guys, they will call you back quick time and give you all the info. They do the whole PAL in one day and it's about seven hours but they are really good

I emailed the guys in Brampton there next available weekend is May 30th that is getting into my exam period, expecting a reply today from another instructor I contacted.

Ken and Don were great. They really make sure you know everything, not just what's on the exam. I'll be doing my RPAL on the 31st, unless something comes up. Maybe I'll see you there Tom

I have to give a nod to Ken and Don. Very professional and they know their stuff. Great for newbies.
