GTA Sources for Dummy Rounds?

Police Ordnance these but when I enquired I was told they are only sold to government agencies - no explanation as to why.

Now that Canada Post no longer allows shipping of inert ammunition online shopping options are limited.

So does anyone know of a GTA source for dummy rounds? I need 223/5.56 at the moment but would also consider 9mm, 40SW, 45ACP and 308.

Have you considered snapcaps ? More expensive I know but ?

Also, talk to some reloader buddies and they can make up some dummy rounds for you.

Ebay? Will FedEx or UPS ship dummy rounds?

Anybody with reloading equipment can do this. Assuming they have the dies. Load with no powder or primer, naturally, then drill a wee hole in the case. Berdan cases make good DP rounds.
